When I met Kimberly, the owner of Artemisia, she wanted to grow her wedding florist business, as it was not providing full time income year round.
Artemisia’s website and business model lacked focus and was not leveraging their portfolio, awards, testimonials, or content assets in a way that was producing increased business.
Site was not mobile friendly. There were gaps in the conversion funnel and their internet presence was fragmented.
Worked with Kim to fully understand her businesses history, strengths, and profit model, along with opportunities for growth during slower times of year.
Redesigned the website and collaborated to produce online forms that would streamline prospects getting information and becoming leads, along with prioritizing the focus of Artemisia’s offering and path to growth. This led to the business providing full time income year round within a year.
As the work has continued with Artemisia over the years, the focus has been to drive further growth, expand their offerings into Floral Delivery, and event rental items. We are currently working on launch a new website to expand her rental offerings to allow customers to browse and rent items online.
